We love to bring people together – sharing and trying out new ideas is always a good way to learn new skills.
We follow the principle of learner centered training – people learn best by doing. People learn new skills and competencies when they are involved in solving problems and working out the answers with help from the trainer. We introduce ideas about effective management and communication techniques and then encourage learners to discover the rules and practise techniques and their skills.
Online – webinars and coaching
For those times that we are not together in the same room – we run short webinars for groups and individual follow up coaching.
We can deliver group course as webinars or individual coaching as a follow up to writing skills courses.
We organise virtual classroom sessions for groups of learners. Normally a webinar lasts for two or three hours and we combine this with pre-course reading, tasks and follow up coaching. We often use GoToTraining but can work any platform that you have.
Continuous learning (online learning platform)
We can provide learners with access to our online platform with a range of materials background reading, tasks, case studies for them to read up on the subject before and after the training. We use a customised learning management software to record progress for all learners. We are able to record training plans and track the development progress of your staff as you require.
